Twenty years ago we purchased a 1500 sq.ft. two story condo on the north end of San Clemente bluffs. The condo's history began in 1982 and had a sequence of three construction contractors; each builder for financial reasons bailed from the project leaving behind a building where quality was suspect (but the view was spectacular).

The question we needed to answer in 2000 was what remodeling firm had the services to take on a project that was a challenge? Our good fortune was to work with Getchell & Garborg.
